My name is Frazer D’santos. I am 21 years old and I’m obsessed with maintaining a lifestyle driven by health, fitness and positivity. This is something I have always wanted to share with people and help incorporate into their lives. From a young age I have always been into sports, mainly football. I played football up until the age of 14. At one point during this period I was slightly overweight and wanted to do something about it so at the age of 14 I decided to start boxing for Woking Amateur Boxing Club. This is when my real interest in fitness started. From boxing I learnt a lot, discipline, commitment, how to box, core strength and general fitness. I was happy as I lost most of the fat I wanted to lose however I then just started to look skinny. I then decided I wanted to build some lean muscle and get bigger because even though I had lost the fat I wanted to I was not satisfied with my body. At the age of 17 I was introduced to weight training, and focusing on building lean muscle rather than just being fit. Since then I have not looked back and have worked hard to achieve a strong, aesthetic physique and healthy lifestyle which I will carry on progressing with.
